How long until we receive our order ? 

We're a local Winnipeg brand offering personalized hand delivery for superior customer service. Opt for local pick-up at checkout. All orders are made-to-order, taking up to 1-2 weeks for production and an additional 1-3 weeks for delivery. Depending on the volume of the orders, Due to our small team, please be patient and allow up to 2 weeks for order processing and delivery.

RETURNS AND EXHANGES 

All sales are final. Please ensure correct item sizes before checkout there will be a sizing guide on all of our products —no refunds or exchanges are available. however If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us via email or through our Instagram page within 24 hours of receipt for assistance.
